New York Auto Show Ride-and-Drive and Floor Staffing

At Javits, the test drive comes indoors. The New York International Auto Show has offered OEMs indoor ride-and-drive locations for 2027, and 41% of 2026 visitors took a test drive on site (NYIAS 2026 impact study). Short indoor routes put more weight on every person in the lane. We have staffed the New York show and build our New York teams around that lane.

Before the public arrives: Forum and media days

March 23 is the Automotive Forum, and March 24 and 25 are credentialed media and industry days. The World Car Awards are presented on March 24. Specialists working those days get a separate briefing on reveals and talking points.

What else we bring to Javits

A W-2 workforce, not contractors. Display fabrication, print and rentals from our own shops, and fleet for vehicle moves. Daily reports with drive counts and leads.
