Most exhibitors ship into McCormick Place. We stage from our own Chicago warehouse. That means your display, graphics and fixtures sit close to the show floor, and a reprint on day four is a short drive, not an overnight freight problem. We have staffed the Chicago Auto Show and know how long its run is.

Pre-build and check the display in our warehouse before move-in.

A long run needs a bench
The 2027 public show runs nine straight days, February 13 to 21, opening at 10am and closing at 9pm (6pm on February 14). Days that long wear out a single crew. We build Chicago rosters with split shifts, a relief bench and a team lead on every shift, so the specialist answering questions at 8:30pm on a Saturday is as sharp as the one at 10am.

Rides are a big part of Chicago now
The 2026 show logged more than 102,000 ride-alongs and test drives across indoor and outdoor activations, with 211,850 attendees (CATA, 2026). If your brand runs a track or a street drive, the drive team is as important as the floor team. We staff both, and train drive staff on the route as well as the vehicle.
First Look for Charity
First Look is the black-tie gala the night before public days open; more than 6,000 guests attended in 2026 (CATA). We send hosts dressed and briefed for the evening, then flip to the public-day team the next morning.
